• We will then create, maintain and update a filter management database detailing records of filter and belt requirements across each site/AHU
• Any alterations are instantly updated ensuring information remains current and accurate
• We can plan delivery schedules across multiple sites on a timely basis thus resolving the problem of filters not arriving in time for scheduled service visits.
• Repeat orders are made easy by simply specifying the particular site or AHU. Saving the time consuming inconvenience of having to look up requirements each time a supply is needed.
• For critical sites which require on-site stock we can offer suggested stock levels. We can visit site on an agreed timescale to check stock levels and replenish as required.  This prevents over ordering and helps conserve space and keep costs down.
