Maxi Filtration

A clear process, from first survey to planned replacement

Filter management works best when every step is accounted for. Here is exactly how we take a site from an initial survey to an ongoing, planned replacement cycle — with the paperwork to prove it.

The Maxi Q Standard in practice

What happens on site, from survey to planned replacement

Each stage feeds the next. The survey drives the specification, the specification drives supply, and the planned cycle keeps it all on schedule.

  1. 01

    Site survey

We visit your site, catalogue every filter position, AHU and grille, and record sizes, grades and access notes so nothing is guessed later.

  2. 02

    Specification

We recommend the right filter grade for each position against ISO 16890, balancing air quality, energy use and replacement intervals.

  3. 03

    Supply

Filters are manufactured and supplied from UK stock to the agreed schedule, labelled by position so the right filter reaches the right unit.

  4. 04

    Fitting

Our DBS-checked engineers fit filters, clean chambers and seals, and log condition — working around your operating hours where needed.

  5. 05

    Cleaning & disposal

Used filters are removed and disposed of responsibly, with 98% of waste recycled and documentation provided for your records.

  6. 06

    Planned cycles

We schedule the next replacement around differential pressure and run hours, so changes happen on time rather than after a failure.

Questions

Common questions about our process

No. Once the survey and specification are agreed, our engineers work to the plan and provide a condition report afterwards. You only need to confirm site access.
