Product features

Construction and performance

  • For use as a secondary filter, as a replacement for the standard bag filter, or as fine pre-filtration for HEPA products, especially in hospitals, offices, computer centres, pharmaceutical, microelectronics and the food industry.
  • Constructed with high capacity, microfine glass or synthetic fibre minipleat, bonded into a moulded plastic frame engineered for maximum strength and optimum airflow.
  • Available in grades M6 to F9, and also E10 to H14.
  • Made in three standard sizes, stocked for next-day delivery.
  • The all plastic frame makes rigid filters long lasting and very efficient.
  • The compact configuration can retrofit bag filters and fits existing filter housings with no modification.
  • Longer life and reduced energy consumption.
  • V-shape design creates a low resistance to airflow.
  • Available with a 20mm or 25mm header.
  • Humidity resistant up to 100% RH.
  • Temperature resistant up to 80°C.
  • Incinerable and environmentally friendly.
  • Media tested to ISO 16890 and EN 779:2012.

Key benefits

  • The V configuration creates a larger surface area, giving fine filtration with an extremely high dust holding capacity and consistently high indoor air quality.
  • The V design is energy efficient, and the high-performance media increases service life while reducing filter changes and costs.
  • The plastic frame is totally stable and will not collapse during downtime.

Typical applications

  • Hospitals
