Construction and performance
- Reticulated washable foam media for general air conditioning, automotive, cosmetics and separation filters.
- Made by a de-membraning process that creates a totally open cell foam.
- Low pressure resistance and good dust holding capacity.
- Available in a variety of sheet sizes.
- Grades from 10ppi (pores per inch) to 60ppi, in thicknesses of 6mm – 50mm.
- Also available as cut pads in any size, and can be formed into cylinders, cones and other shapes, with metal mesh stiffeners if required.
- Different pore sizes can be bonded together for two-stage filtration, with expanded mesh fixed between to make a more rigid panel.
